英國航空推出“安心訂位”政策通告

BRITISH AIRWAYS LAUNCHES ‘BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE’ CUSTOMER POLICY

British Airways is leading the way as the first UK airline to waive its change fee.  Customers will have the flexibility to delay their travel at no extra cost[1], when booked during the next two weeks.

英國航空爲第一家英國籍的航空公司率先豁免機票更改費用。旅客們於下兩週內之新訂位，將享有無額外的費用[註1]，可彈性延後旅行日期。

The policy will be available for new bookings made from Tuesday 3 March 2020, running up to Monday 16 March 2020.  As some customers are facing uncertainty when booking travel at the moment, the airline has introduced the policy to give its customers more confidence, across any of its routes.

此政策將適用於2020年3月3日起至3月16日期間之新訂位。由於一些旅客在預訂機位時，面臨旅行的不確定性，這一政策將讓旅客們更安心選擇任何英航飛行路線。

Andrew Brem, British Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer said: “As some customers may choose to change or delay their travel plans at the moment, it’s important that we offer them more flexibility.  By waiving our change fee they have the added confidence to book a trip that suits them.”

英航首席商務長Andrew Brem 表示：“ 因一些旅客可能選擇更改或延期他們的旅行計劃，所以提供旅客們更彈性的選擇就尤爲重要。經由豁免改票費用，旅客們將可安心地預訂合適他們的行程。”

The ‘book with confidence’ policy applies to new bookings from Tuesday 3 March 2020 for 14 days, up until Monday 16 March 2020.  It covers all British Airways routes with changes available right up to departure.  Any fare difference due to a date change still applies.

“安心訂位” 政策適用於2020年3月3日起至2020年3月16日一共14天內之新訂位。此政策適用於英航所有航線的出發前更改。但仍須依據新的旅行日期補足票價、稅金及燃油附加費差額。

Terms and conditions are as follows：

• Only for new bookings

• Booked either Direct (Contact Centres/ba.com) or via the Trade

• Booking period - from Tuesday, 3 March until Monday, 16 March 2020

• All travel on BA marketed fares

• Travel period - any travel in the future

• Change fee now waived

• Fare rules are updated to show no change fee

• Ticket will still need to be requoted for the new journey and any fare difference paid by the customer or residual refunded

• No cancellations/full refunds unless fare rules allow

  除非票價規則允許，才可取消或全額退款
